Jamo founded and led Medical Present Value, a contract management and revenue cycle company (now Experian Healthcare (EXPN), and PTRX, a consumer-oriented pharmacy benefits manager (now Catamran (CTRX). Jamo also co-founded and led Tenzing Health, a division of Vanguard Health Systems. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Jamo practiced as a cardiac anesthesiologist, and served as chairman of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association. He received his MD from UT Southwestern, trained at Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital, and received an MBA from UT Austin.
Katy has worked in accounting, insurance and customer service roles at United Airlines, USAA and Gunn GP, LLC. Prior to joining TAVHealth, Katy spent seven years leading financial reporting for seven related companies. Katy received a BBA with a concentration in accounting from UT San Antonio.
Melinda has over 25 years experience managing and developing lean process teams in operations, customer service, accounting, finance, and marketing. Prior to joining TAVHealth, Melinda led operations at IMED, Alaris and Pyxis (Cardinal Health) and two medical start-ups. She received a BS in business administration from San Diego State, and is a CPA.
Craig was a co-founder and CTO at Medical Present Value, where he was responsible for design, development and support of all Medical Present Value software products. Prior to MPV, Craig worked at PSW Technologies as both a senior architect and lead software engineer for enterprise-wide, client-server and distributed software systems. Craig also received several software patents while working at Motorola's Government Systems and Technology Group. Craig received a BS in electrical engineering from Northwestern University.
Allison brings over 20 years of HR experience to TAVHealth. She began her career as a Senior HR Specialist at PSW Technologies, an Austin, Texas, software services company. She then joined Medical Present Value as an early employee, and there, as Vice President of Human Resources, she directed all aspects of the company’s employee experience. Allison received a BBA with a concentration in Human Resources from UT Austin.
Marty was responsible for launching the Enterprise Application Integration practice at Rare Medium as Director of Enterprise Architecture. He also worked for TRACOR Aerospace, as Project Engineer for European Programs. Marty co-founded TengoInternet, an Internet service provider to the outdoor hospitality industry. Most recently, Marty was CIO for Personalized Prevention, an onsite wellness company. He received a BS in engineering from UT Austin.
Chris started as the marketing concepts manager at Clarke American. He went on to lead marketing and operational restructuring for one of the country’s largest automotive retailers, where he directed innovative programs that doubled the company’s market share. Prior to joining TAVHealth, Chris served as a manager and adjunct professor at Trinity University. Chris received a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
Clayton was a founder and Vice President of Eesis, a business process outsourcing company focused on healthcare. Continuing in a sales leadership role as a Vice President at McKesson, Clayton led a successful team of medication safety and supply chain consultants before joining TAVHealth. Clayton received a BBA in marketing and finance from UT Austin.
