As part of our mission to help people get the most out of their lives, CHC Wellness supports a number of local community organizations and our employees are actively engaged in our community serving others and promoting healthy lifestyles.
CHC Wellness supports inner-city education with scholarships for students through St. Patrick's High School in Chicago and the Big Shoulders Project.
Our organization also supports the work of "Doc's Angels", an organization, founded by Dr. Patrick Angelo, CHC Wellness founder, that supports and encourages homeless men living on Lower Wacker Drive in Chicago. Doc's Angels provide blankets, mittens, hats, socks and meals to more than 80 men each year.
We are proud of the work we do in our community and grateful for the support CHC Wellness clients give us that allows us to help people get the most out of their lives by living healthier.
